Boka

Boka works with your body, not against it. As a natural brand, Boka offers safe ingredients backed by science to heal our mouths. As a critical part of the human body, the mouth is far too important to ignore. We all now understand that sleep, diet and exercise are essential to wellness. Yet the mouth is the number one source of disease in the body and a huge source of chronic inflammation in many people. Boka believes in making more effective products with safer ingredients to have a positive impact on preventive health.

Can dental hygiene actually be fun? Under the direction of Free Afternoon™ and partnering with Sara Schultz and Rachel Seifert, we worked with Boka to showcase their no-gimmick toothbrushes, floss, and toothpaste in a totally unique and fresh perspective, bringing an intriguing story to life through photo and video work that spiked curiosity and intrigue in an effective campaign with avant garde energy.

Working in a natural-light studio allowed for dewey, soft light to cascade over both model and product shots. Styling the core products in unexpected and surprising ways triggers intrigue and uniqueness to the product suite. Our core video deliverable features an upbeat, funky song with a hint of twangy energy, supporting the core goal of developing imagery that compels with curiosity and deep interest.

Toothpaste can definitely be sexy.
